Gluten free. Suitable for people with a gluten intolerance.

The product should be stored at room temperature. In order to preserve the optimal quality of the product it should be kept in a cool place at a temperature between 4°C and 22°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3-4 days.

Unsweetened product. Can be used in cooking as a seasoning or in confectionery and ice cream making for filling and decoration. Whip the product at a temperature of between +4°C and +6°C. Once the container has been opened keep it in the fridge and use it up within 3 days.
