Water, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel, 24%), sugar (19%), milk protein, stabilisers: E420, E466, E460, E339; emulsifiers: E472e, soy lecithin (E322), E472b, salt, flavouring, colouring: beta carotene (E160a). Gluten free. Suitable for people with a gluten intolerance.
The product should be stored at room temperature. In order to preserve the optimal quality of the product it should be kept in a cool place at a temperature between 4° and 22°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3-4 days.
Ideal in confectionary for topping cakes and for decorating. Whip the product at a temperature between 4°C and 6°C. Once whipped, the product remains stable when frozen and when thawed.
