Water, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel, 26.7%), sugar (11%), stabilisers: E420, E463, milk protein, emulsifiers: E472e, soy lecithin (E322), E472b, salt, flavourings, colouring: beta carotene (E160a). Gluten free. Suitable for people with a gluten intolerance.
The product should be stored at room temperature. In order to preserve the optimal quality of the product it should be kept in a cool place at a temperature between 4°C and 22°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3-4 days.
For the best results, before whipping the product should be left in the fridge until it reaches a temperature of between 5° and 8°C. It can be whipped in a mixer, using a cream whipper or simply with a whisk.
