Privacy notice newsletter

The DATA OWNER is Cooperlat Soc.Coop.Agricola with a registered office in Via Piandelmedico, 74 – 60035 Jesi (AN), Italy) which under Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, provides information on the processing of personal data concerning the sending of newsletters and commercial and promotional services offered (from now on “Newsletter”).

Data purpose

The personal data, provided directly by the interested party by subscribing to the newsletter, will be processed with the only aim of sending information material, promotions including the sending of the newsletter.

Legal basis

We will process your data only when specifically permitted.
Your consent to the processing for this purpose is optional and can be expressed by checking the “I consent” field in the Newsletter section of the site; the consent may be revoked at any time, even via the automated procedure provided by the application and indicated in the email for receiving the promotional material.
In any case, you can revoke your consent by sending an email to the following address: privacy@cooperlat.it
Failure to consent to the processing of personal data will solely fail to receive the newsletter.

Recipients

It should be noted that the newsletter is managed with Mailchimp and your address will be stored on their servers and will be managed according to all security and confidentiality criteria (you can read the Mailchimp privacy policy at www.mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/).

To pursue the purposes indicated above, the owner may communicate personal data:

• to persons appointed as responsible for the processing carried out by them in order to contribute to the pursuit of the purposes indicated.
• to persons specifically authorized to process.

The complete and updated list of the identification details of the external Data Processors are available at the owner's registered office. The data you provide will not be disclosed in any way.

Storage period

The data will be retained until consent is revoked (unsubscription) or until the exercise of the right to object or delete personal data.

NB: after unsubscription, Mailchimp still keeps the data of former subscribers to avoid being able to force their reinsertion into the mailing list. However, if you require the permanent deletion of your data, you can write to us and we will do it.

Transfer of data to a third country or international organizations

The newsletter is managed with Mailchimp which transfers your data to the United States using the standard contractual clauses (SCC).

Rights of the interested party

You have the right to request access to your data and the rectification of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete data, the deletion of the same when no longer necessary, or the limitation of processing or to oppose the processing at any time in the event of particular situations that concern you. The request will be answered within 30 days.
In the event of no response, you have the right to file complaints with the supervisory authority: Personal data protection authority.
